My cousin is engaged and I could not be happier for her!  I am beyond excited that she has found her soul mate. Plus, it helps that he’s such a great guy and they are perfect together.

Stephanie and Matt unknowingly first met at a friends wedding. Looking back on the video and photos of the wedding, they were dancing right next to one another not knowing what their ultimate future held. It wasn’t until a few months later that each of their friend groups met up one night in Manayunk.  Steph’s friend officially introduced the two of them, and as they say, the rest is history!

On December 21st, 2016, Stephanie and Matt had plans to exchange their Christmas presents early.  Matt had a crazy work schedule and they wouldn’t be able to open their presents together on Christmas morning.  So, Matt had wrapped up the ring as one of Stephanie’s gifts. Once she opened it, she didn’t believe that is was actually happening and may have actually said no at first! She was in so much shock and tears, but of course she said YES!

Stephanie and Matt will be saying their I do’s in just over a year, on November 3rd, 2018 at Kings Mills. What is my favorite part of their upcoming wedding? Our kids, Rhys & Everly will be Ring Security & the Flower Girl!  Super excited!

When planning their engagement session, Stephanie knew she wanted the beach. Although she lives in PA, she’s definitely a Jersey girl at heart. We’ve been coming to the beach together for years and our parents have places in the same Campground right outside of Sea Isle City. So, of course we love it! Although I’m not a morning person, I jumped at the chance to capture her at Matt during sunrise in Cape May!  We lucked out with the most beautiful pink, purple and blue hues just before the sun rose for the day! After playing on the beach and in the water (which was way warmer than the chilly temperature), we made our way over to Cape May Winery! The winery was such a perfect setting for their second outfit and loads more fun and laughter together!

He’s definitely his favorite cousin!  While I was capturing Steph & Matt, Ryan captured Mason pretending to take his own photos of them!  Perfect lighting as the sun finally rose over the small mountain of clouds!  Isn’t Sadie just the cutest pup? She may be a bit crazy at times, but you’d never know it! This is the perfect family photo!  I’m so glad that the water was warm! haha! Mason wanted a few photos with his Mom before we headed to our next location.  Their future children are going to have some gorgeous eyes!!   SO MUCH LAUGHTER!!
