About your Ballroom at the Ben Wedding

Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ballroom at the Ben is one of three exclusive Finley Catering venues. This year-round wedding venue features an experienced staff that has served presidents, celebrities, and star athletes, and was even featured in an Academy Award-winning movie.

The Ballroom at the Ben has a guest capacity of 300 to up to 1000 guests, and is perfect for a grand, exciting wedding.

The two-story-tall Ballroom features gorgeous chandeliers, a spacious wooden dance floor, and colorful visual equipment to turn the space into a wonderland of light. Your cocktail hour will be held on the mezzanine level of the Ballroom, allowing guests a bird’s-eye view of the beautiful, ornate room below.

This stunning wedding venue can be used for both an indoor ceremony and reception, and offers a flexible start up time for weddings. Ballroom at the Ben events must end by 2:00 am.

Amenities and other offerings

Ballroom at the Ben features a bridal suite for the wedding party to get ready in before the ceremony, as well as liability insurance and wireless internet. The venue is also handicap accessible.

Finley Catering is the official exclusive caterer at Ballroom at the Ben. With over 40 years of experience, Finley Catering takes pride in providing extraordinary food and superior service in an elegant atmosphere. Food and alcohol are both provided by the venue.
