Jon and Deanna had both joined an online dating site.  Deanna noticed Jon under her “recommended matches” and was immediately attracted to him and drawn to him, but sadly didn’t think he would be interested in her, so she decided not to pursue anything.  About 24 hours later, Deanna saw a message in her inbox… and it was from Jon!!  Needless to say, as soon as they started to talk, they clicked and it has been an amazing ride from there!

Deanna and Jon thought Rockwood Park in Delaware would be the perfect spot for their engagement photos because that is where it all happened!!  In December of 2010, Deanna’s family decided to do family photos at Rockwood park.  As her uncle, who was photographing them, started to do individual family shots, Jon and Deanna wandered around the park. As they got to the top of a hill, Deanna turned around to look at her family, and as she turned back toward Jon, he pulled a box out of his jacket pocket, got down on one knee and asked her to marry him!  It was absolutely perfect, especially because her family was there and got to see it all happen!!

Cant wait for their wedding this September at Adelphia’s!  :)  For now, enjoy the sneak peek of their engagement! xo
