Lauren met Sonny at work in November 2003 and it was love at first site… although they didn’t officially become a couple until August 2004.  Now as far as their engagement, I have to say this is a TMP first…  Lauren actually proposed to Sonny! They always talked about how they would get married, but she wanted to surprise him!  They went on summer vacation together last year, and she used a very tasteful boudoir photo that she had taken and used that and surprised him!  Later that summer, they turned one of her mothers vintage cocktail rings into her very beautiful engagement ring!  LOVE IT!!

I also love that we did their engagement photos in their very own backyard!  The scenery, the vegetation, their goofiness… it was everything we could have hoped for and can’t wait to capture their wedding this October!! :)  Enjoy!!
