Your first decision as an engaged couple is to set priorities for your wedding planning. You have to decide what you value most. Is it the dress? The food? The Venue? As a former engaged couple (Married in 2011!) AND photographers, we believe that couples should make their photography a top priority. After the big day is over, you will leave your reception with your spouse & your pictures…. that’s it! All of that planning and preparation is over in a matter of hours!
So, if you’re choosing to invest in high quality photography, those images deserve a classy, elegant home after the wedding. We offer luxury leather bound heirloom albums for our wedding couples. This is the perfect ending to your Wedding Experience and it’s a keepsake that you will be showing future generations one day!
Expectations & Answers!
We see Full Day Coverage as an option – what is it?
Our wedding day planning hack for you! We will set up time to go over all of the important moments of your day, and the schedule for it all. We will use our expertise to help plan the perfect photography timeline, so that we will not miss any of the major moments of your day! Most couples need between 8-10 hours of consecutive coverage. We will start coverage about 1.5/2hrs before the first event (first look or ceremony) and capture every moment through cake cutting with our perfect Prep-to-Cake coverage! If you have additional moments/events planned, just let us know, and we’ll work with you and/or your wedding planner to make sure the coverage for your day is everything you could want/need!
Why should we have an Engagement Session?
One way we ensure that our couples enjoy the best photographic experience possible is through forming a relationship with them!! A couple should connect with their photographer, trust their photographer and be excited about the whole process with them! We love when our couples add on an engagement session! This helps them warm up to the camera so that they are ready to rock and roll on the wedding day! By the time the wedding day arrives, our clients feel more like friends and that creates a trusting and relaxed environment for photography!
Let us help take the stress away!
Once you’ve officially chosen us as your wedding photographers, you will start receiving T&R Tips emails throughout the time leading up to your day! These emails will contain little snippets of information such as: “Is a First Look Right for Us?” (No worries if not, its totally your decision!), to “How to Create the Perfect Family Formals List” to “Engagement Session Style Tips”. We’ve been in your shoes once before (as well as have captured over 300 weddings) so, we’ve learned a thing or two to help your wedding day be executed effortlessly!
Post-Wedding!
You did it! You’re married! Focus on the quality time that you will have together during your honeymoon! During that time, we’ll be working our butts off to get you a few sneak peeks along the way! You’ll then receive your full gallery of wedding images about 4-6 weeks after you’ve said I Do! Once your gallery is delivered, you’ll be able to order prints and we can discuss designing your Luxury Wedding Album – your very first Family Heirloom!
How do we make it Official/Payment Schedule!
We make that simple too! Everything is done electronically! We’ll send you the contract, you sign it and send us your retainer – Boom! Official!
Payments are broken down into two separate payments. If you would like additonal payment options, please don’t hesitate to ask!
