And it’s ON! After the amount of love and votes that this contest received last year, I can not wait to see which of my fabulous couples wins this year!!! Please make sure to scroll through all the images below, and check out their individual blog posts before casting your vote for your Favorite Wedding of 2013!!
For the 2013 Best of Weddings, the contest will be done a bit differently! Instead of having a poll on my blog, I will be doing all the voting through Facebook LIKES! Here’s the deal: I’ve posted each of these photo collages on Facebook – and all you have to do is get all of your Friends and Family to LIKE your photo! Its that easy! <3 Voting starts today, January 2nd, 2014 and will end this Sunday, January 5th, 2014 at Midnight!
The link to vote is at the bottom of this post!!
Now we can’t forget the prizes…
3rd Place: 11×14 Metal Print!
2nd Place: 18×24 Wood Print!
1st Place: 20×30 Canvas Gallery Wrap!
Let the recap of our 5th year of photographing pretty spectacular weddings begin…
You may remember these two lovebirds from their Haddonfield engagement last year! It was so great to see them both again and capture all the details that that put together to create such a beautiful wedding! I was equally as excited to work with the ladies of Kyle Michelle Weddings! They are so detail oriented and made sure Lindsey and Doug’s day was absolute perfection – no matter what they had to do, they did it, and we’re so grateful we got to work with them! :) Lindsey and Doug chose the Moorestown Community House for their Library Themed wedding… From their escort cards in a card catalog… to books in their centerpieces… to quotes and authors as their table names – it was absolutely beautiful! Enjoy the sneak peek! xo
All florals were done by Wegman’s
Can’t tie a bow tie without a little help from YouTube!
They were married at the First Presbyterian Church in Moorestown, NJ
Since they live in Seattle, they couldnt go the entire wedding day without a Starbucks!
The bridesmaids ran over to Starbucks while we were capturing the happy couple!
Such a beautiful setting for a wedding!
I am in love with the card catalog escort cards!!!!!
How about that mantel piece?! Lindsey’s mom made it! Swoon!!!
Congratulations Lindsey and Doug! Your day was absolutely spectacular! We hope you are having the time of your lives in Disney!!

Oh its on!!!! After the amazing amount of votes we had for our Best 2012 Engagements, I can only imagine how the Best of 2012 Weddings contest is going to go! Thats right. The big contest has begun and only 1 can take first place! What was your favorite wedding of 2012? Make sure you take time to look back at these amazing weddings below before you cast your vote.
To vote simply scroll to the bottom of this post and you’ll see a drop down box with each couples name. It’s that simple. Voting is tracked by IP address so if you’re trying to vote and it says you’ve already voted its because someone else on your network voted (hopefully for you!).
And of course we got prizes… and they’re even better!! There will be a prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. They’re at the bottom of the post so you can see what they are.
Contest ends Friday night (1/25) at midnight. GOOD LUCK!!
Here are the fabulous prizes!! First place will receive a 16×24 Canvas Gallery Wrap :: 2nd Place will receive an 11×14 Wood-Grain Printed Photo :: 3rd Place will receive an 8×10 Metal Printed Photo!
Lindsey and Doug met about 4 years ago at a party and have been together ever since! About a year ago, Doug was offered a job in Seattle that he couldn’t pass up. So, he moved out there last July, and Lindsey followed him out there the following October! :) They got engaged on July 24th, 2012 when Lindsey was complaining that she didn’t know what to get Doug for his birthday… He reached into his bag, pulled out a box and said “I know what I want for my birthday” and asked her to marry him!! Totally sweet, right?!!? Gosh, I cant wait to capture their literary themed wedding this fall at the Moorestown Community House with the assistance of the brilliant ladies of Kyle Michelle Weddings!! But for now, enjoy their engagement in Downtown Haddonfield, where Lindsey grew up!! xoxo
Love!
Gotta love the shadow!
So sweet!!!
Couldnt resist sticking the ring in a yummy Red Velvet cupcake from Indulgence Cupcakery!
I think this is mostly because we had such an a-maz-ing time with them at their engagement shoot at Grounds for Sculpture! To say these two were a ball of fun would be an understatement!! You might remember that engagement HERE. So, their day is finally here, and I arrive at Jess’s parents house and everyone is nothing but smiles! I could not have asked for a better day, a more beautiful bride, etc! Everything was perfect! Especially the 1940’s Cadillac convertible that they rented! Too freakin’ cool!! haha! Enjoy the sneak peek of their day!!!
