December 12th, 2014 is our due date to meet our beautiful baby boy Rhys! Ryan and I can not wait for this day to finally be here! I still can’t believe that we’re going to be parents! Eeek!
In the meantime, a couple weeks ago, we had our great friends Rachel and Megan from Hello Gorgeous Photography take our maternity photos to remember this time in our lives! We had such a great time with them and couldn’t have asked for more wonderful photos to display and show off to everyone! Thank you so much ladies! We love you both to pieces!
A big thank you to Jess from Your Day Your Way for also doing my hair and makeup! I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it for me! Love you girl! <3
We started our time together at the Naval Air Station Aviation Museum at the Cape May Airport… I really love these photos since we’re doing Rhys’s nursery in airplanes!
Ah! Love this one! We then headed to Willow Creek Winery to take advantage of the gorgeous willow tree and scenery! We ended our time together on the beach at sunset… <3 Thank you again to A Garden Party for my flower crown! I am still so in love with it!! <3
In April of 2013, Joe asked Nicole to marry him with the beautiful New York City skyline as their backdrop – there is no way she could say no to that! <3 Swoon! We can’t wait to capture their wedding at the Valley Regency next year!!
In the meantime, we met up with these lovebirds in Cape May for their engagement session! Although the forecast said 20-30mph winds, they absolutely rocked out our time together, and we had so much fun getting to know them more! From Washington St to ending at Sunset Beach… I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect time with these two! Thank you so much for being such troopers!! Enjoy the sneak peek! xo The way she smiles at him… :) We hid down some side streets to avoid the wind! They wanted to include a bit of a Christmas theme to their session… we LOVED it!! The sunset and that holiday blanket were absolute perfection!!! I LOVE!!!!! Swoon <3
About 2 years ago, Kim and Keith were on vacation in Cape May (they live in New York) when Keith decided to pop the question! They were going to all the different landmarks and he told us he was going to do it in front of the lighthouse, but it got too crowded and he got a little nervous, so it wasn’t until they got to the WWII lookout near Sunset Beach that he finally asked Kim to marry him!
So, it was only fitting that we return to Sunset Beach and the WWII lookout tower for their engagement photos! Cant wait to capture their wedding in Cape May later this summer! xo So cute! We absolutely loved getting to know these two! <3 perfect ending to the evening!
Jamie and Mitch’s first date was *of course* a doggie play date with their doodles on the beach in Stone Harbor! A year from their very first date, Mitch took Jamie back to that same beach, in the pouring rain, dressed her up in a neon orange poncho and proposed in the sand! How incredibly romantic!! <3 Swoon!
Since Jamie + Mitch absolutely love the beach, it was only fitting for a beach engagement session! We met up in Cape May and walked around Congress Hall, Washington Street and then ending our time together on the beautiful beach! Cant wait to capture these two again next year at Blue Heron Pines!!
Enjoy the sneak peek! xo
Arent they just adorable together?
<3 <3 <3
Love Mitch’s tattoo! Perfect pop of color to accessorize the photo! haha!
<3 Love you two! Cant wait to see you again in about 7 months!!
Jessica from Your Day Your Way is no exception! After meeting her back in early 2011, things just clicked with us and its been an absolute pleasure getting to know her over the past few years! When I find out that a bride is using her for their hair and make-up I do a little giddy dance because I know that although my brides are all already gorgeous, Jess is going to go out of her way to make sure each of them are flawless! Her talent is pure artistry and perfection!
So, needless to say, when Jessica wanted to do a Trash the Dress down in Cape May, I jumped at the chance to capture her and her hubby Eric! We started our time together at the always beautiful Congress Hall, the shops down Washington Street and then eventually made it to the beach where their little fur-babies Chico and Chanel made a little cameo! They are the cutest little chihuahuas! And although a bit chilly… I was able to get these two lovebirds in the ocean! And it was so totally worth it! Check it out!
Oh, the laughter… there was so much of that!
Work it!
Love the drama!
One of my favorites!
Jess, you are breathtaking!
The sunlight was just perfection!
Their adorable little family of 4!! :)
Just perfect…
Soooo worth it!! Gorgeous!!
I cant even handle the fabulousness!!!
Jess <3 Eric – thank you thank you thank you for letting us capture these photos for you! Gosh, seeing you both together, you can just see how much you’re meant to be together! A little laughter and a little romance makes a perfect combination! Hoping to hang out with you both again soon! xo
